This Was Created For The Men Who Feel Like They've Been Holding Everything Together For Too Long
A lot of the men I work with are capable, caring and hardworking. From the outside life often looks "fine", but privately many are struggling with:
- Low confidence
- Stress and burnout
- Emotional eating or unhealthy habits
- Feeling uncomfortable in their body
- Lack of motivation
- Isolation and loneliness
- Feeling disconnected from themselves
And because they're busy professionals, they have often put themselves last for years.

I know this because I've seen it again and again - and I've experienced parts of it myself too.
Inside Out Pride was created to give modern gay men a healthier, more supportive way
forward.
Not through shame.
Not through pressure.
Not through unrealistic transformations.
But through small, sustainable changes that genuinely improve how you feel physically
and emotionally.
A Coach Who Understands Real Life as a Gay Man
I’ve spent over two decades helping people improve their fitness, confidence and overall wellbeing.
What I’ve learned is this:
Most people don’t fail because they’re lazy. They fail because they’re overwhelmed, exhausted, unsupported or trying to follow approaches that simply don’t fit their lives.
That is why my coaching focuses on realistic progress.
I work with busy men who don’t have hours every day to dedicate to fitness or wellness.
Men with careers, responsibilities, stress, busy minds and real lives.
My approach is designed to help you:
- Feel healthier without obsession
- Improve confidence without toxic pressure
- Build consistency without burnout
- Create habits that actually last
Clients often tell me they feel calmer, lighter and more hopeful after working together.
Not just because they’ve improved physically — but because they finally feel understood and supported rather than judged. That matters to me enormously.
I’ve had a varied journey as a gay man. In my younger days I was engaged to a woman and then had a period of being in the closet.
In my late twenties, I began an 18 year relationship with a man and we were married for nine years.
I have been single for the past few years too, and so have a good personal understanding of a range of life experiences and challenges we face as modern gay men.

Because They Want To Feel Better — Not Just Look Better
Of course physical results matter.
But most men who join Inside Out Pride are looking for something deeper than weight
loss or fitness goals alone.
They want:
• More confidence
• More energy
• Less stress
• Better routines
• Motivation again
• A healthier mindset
• More balance
• A sense of connection and belonging
Most importantly, they want to stop feeling so hard on themselves all the time.
Inside Out Pride helps men move away from punishment and pressure and towards
self-respect, consistency and genuine wellbeing.
