A Coach Who Understands Real Life as a Gay Man
I've spent over two decades helping people improve their fitness, confidence and overall wellbeing.
What I've learned is this:
Most people don't fail because they're lazy. They fail because they're overwhelmed, exhausted, unsupported or trying to follow approaches that simply don't fit their lives.
That is why my coaching focuses on realistic progress.
I work with busy men who don't have hours every day to dedicate to fitness or wellness.
Men with careers, responsibilities, stress, busy minds and real lives.

My approach is designed to help you:
- Feel healthier without obsession
- Improve confidence without toxic pressure
- Build consistency without burnout
- Create habits that actually last
Clients often tell me they feel calmer, lighter and more hopeful after working together.
Not just because they’ve improved physically — but because they finally feel understood and supported rather than judged. That matters to me enormously.
I’ve had a varied journey as a gay man. In my younger days I was engaged to a woman and then had a period of being in the closet.
In my late twenties, I began an 18 year relationship with a man and we were married for nine years.
I have been single for the past few years too, and so have a good personal understanding of a range of life experiences and challenges we face as modern gay men.
